solution​

this is a morse code puzzle. players must figure out which dots and dashes

are important, and which must be ignored.

to figure this out, we must look at the red & black cat:

​

• red cat = rocker switch on (1)

• black cat = rocker switch off (0)

​

think of 1 = dash, and 0 = dot

​

• only count when a dash is red, and when a dot is black.

• e.g., in the first segment, we only count [black dot + red dash + black dot]

• in morse, [black dot + red dash + black dot] = R

• do this for all segments in clockwise fashion,
  it will reveal the word ROTATE.
