it wasn't my (conscious) intention but there ended up being a synchronicity between the i ching hexagrams & the "hex" line & heaxadecimals of the goat.
also, the hexagram star-of-david featured in serpen's puzzle.

i also did not consciously plan for the randomly-generated seed word "eye" to be so relevant to the storyline of the game, what with superego confiscating eyes. also, the juxtaposition of the eye-less horse and the eye-riddled horse.

i swear i was asleep while writing the game,
only to realise all the coincidences later.

idk, the mind is kind of cool
